Ze światem fitness związana od 2000 roku. Zaczynała od zajęć z szeroko pojętego fitness, obecnie specjalizuję się w prozdrowotnych formach ruchu. Na swoich zajęciach lubi łączyć różne formy ruchu, tak by uczestnicy mogli rozwijać się nie tylko fizycznie ale również mentalnie.
